Dr. Horwitz is a veterinary behaviorist with a practice in St. Louis, MO. She's currently the president of the American College of Veterinary Behaviorists, and is a frequent lecturer and presenter, and author of many articles and books. Her most recent book is "Blackwell's Five-Minute Veterinary Consult Clinical Companion: Canine and Feline Behavior," which she co-authored with Dr. Jacqui Neilson.
