Kellyann Conway-Payne has been a dog trainer for over 20 yrs. She is a graduate of the University of Florida and has owned and operated two pet care facilities. She co-founded PetsIncredible, a pet related media company who primarily created video and DVDs that provided solutions to common behavior issues for newly adopted pets. PetsIncredible was eventually adopted by Animal Planet and Kellyann remained on as the Director of Animal Training and Behavior as well as the head writer for creative content.

Kellyann is a professional member of the APDT, where she served for 6 years on their Board of Directors including the executive positions of Treasurer and President. She is a clinical member of the IAABC and is among the first trainers in the country to pass the Council for Certified Professional Dog Trainers’ test. She is passionate about animal behavior and her continued education in the field.

Kellyann lives in Florida with her husband, daughter and their two furry kids Nemo & Jasper.
